my529 expands Docusign acceptance policy

You gave us your feedback, and we heard you! my529 now accepts Docusign signatures that have been phone authenticated (via SMS text message or phone call) as an alternative to our existing knowledge-based authentication. This helps you, our advisors, streamline obtaining signatures from clients on my529 paperwork.

my529 does not initiate the Docusign envelopes — advisors must use their own Docusign instances to initiate envelopes to your clients. The certificate of completion showing which authentication method was used must also be included in the paperwork when submitted to my529.
