Enhancements to Customized allocation templates

This July, enhancements to Customized allocation templates will offer more opportunities for diversification and flexibility within your investment models.

The enhanced templates will soon allow percentages out to two decimal places. These changes will carry over if you create personalized templates.

my529 will make the update after market close on July 10, 2023. The functionality will be available on July 11.

Updates to two my529 Customized single-fund portfolios   

Also happening July 10:

my529 will discontinue the my529 Global Allocation 60/40 and 25/75 single-fund portfolios below, which correspond to the Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA) underlying investments listed next to them.

Assets will be mapped automatically on July 10 to a group of single-fund portfolios with a similar makeup of underlying investments and allocations.

my529 will perform system updates beginning at 2 p.m. MT on July 10, so you may have limited access to the advisor portal.  

Advisors with clients invested in the either of the portfolios were contacted directly.
