Is Your Contact Information Current?

You provided contact information to UESP when you opened your account online or submitted an Individual Account Agreement form (form 100).

But circumstances change, and some elements of your contact information may not be up to date.

Did you change your surname? Is your physical address different? Are you using a cellphone instead of a landline? Maybe you are using a new email address?

It’s important to keep accurate and updated contact information on file at UESP. You can easily review your contact information by logging in to your account at my529.org and selecting My Profile. Select Change Account Owner Info or Change Email Address to make revisions.

Alternatively, you can mail or hand-deliver an Account Information Change form (form 500) to UESP. The form is available for printing at my529.org.

While you are at it, you might want to make sure your beneficiary’s contact information is up to date.
